Fire detection systems

Find a fire early, wherever it starts

We select the detection technology to suit the risk, the building and how it is monitored.

Conventional detection

Photoelectric smoke, heat and ionization detectors connected to centralized control panels.

  • Offices, shops and smaller buildings
  • Zone-based alarm indication
  • Manual call points and sounders

Analog addressable systems

Multi-loop panels that monitor every device individually, with BMS interfaces and PC-based event logging.

  • Exact device location on alarm
  • Large and multi-storey buildings
  • Integration with BMS and HVAC shutdown

Specialized detection

VESDA aspirating early-warning systems and specialized gas detectors for sensitive areas.

  • Server rooms and data centres
  • Clean rooms and warehouses
  • Gas leak detection

Fire suppression solutions

Put the fire out without putting the business out

The right suppression system depends on what you are protecting. We design water-based, clean-agent and portable protection to match the hazard.

Suppression systems

  • Clean agentFM-200 and NOVEC 1230 for server rooms, control rooms and high-value equipment
  • Water basedSprinkler networks, fire hydrants, deluge systems and engine-driven fire pumps
  • Portable equipmentDry chemical powder, CO₂ and foam fire extinguishers

Supporting services

  • Design & installationSystem design, drawings, supply and installation
  • Testing & commissioningFunctional testing and handover documentation
  • Periodic maintenanceScheduled inspection and servicing
  • Corrective maintenanceFault finding and repair

All systems are specified according to project requirements and applicable standards.

Who we protect

Fire safety for every kind of building

Factories & warehouses

Hydrants, sprinklers, fire pumps and detection for production and storage areas.

Banks & data centres

Clean-agent suppression and VESDA early warning for critical equipment.

Hospitals & schools

Addressable alarms and evacuation systems for occupied buildings.

Offices & commercial

Detection, extinguishers and sprinklers for offices, malls and towers.

How a fire safety project runs

From site survey to annual maintenance

  1. Site survey

We inspect the building, its use and existing equipment.

  2. Design

System design and drawings to NFPA and local requirements.

  3. Supply & install

Panels, detectors, pipework, pumps and extinguishers fitted on site.

  4. Test & commission

Full functional testing and handover to your staff.

  5. Maintain

Periodic and corrective maintenance to keep the system ready.

Common questions

Fire safety FAQs

Do you work on existing fire systems or only new ones?

Both. We survey existing systems, report what is missing or faulty, and quote upgrades, repairs or maintenance.

Which standard do you design to?

Our designs follow applicable NFPA requirements and international practice, along with local building requirements for the project.

What is the difference between conventional and addressable alarms?

A conventional system tells you which zone has an alarm. An addressable system tells you exactly which device, which suits larger or multi-storey buildings.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes. We offer periodic and corrective maintenance, with telephonic support targeted within one hour and on-site visits within 24 hours. Coverage is confirmed in the service agreement.
